Eyes 1: Eyes of Fort Wayne

During the summer of 2015, Eric Balzer took hundreds of infrared photographs of Fort Wayne area residents as they enjoyed one of our many art fairs. Images were created from 50 of these photographs by digitally manipulating and blending original photographs.
